UX Research & Design Internship
We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong interest in user experience research and design to join our team and work on Commit Global’s initiatives across the world. Our mission is to build and sustain digital infrastructure that supports humanitarian and civil society efforts worldwide.
As an UX Research & Design Intern, you’ll work closely with our Product team under the guidance of the Director of Product, gaining the chance to develop your skills in research, field observation, user research, information architecture, user flows, diagramming, UI design and solutions architecture. You’ll collaborate with our team to transform ideas into compelling solutions that foster social impact. Your role will be working closely with the product team on enhancing our digital infrastructure and deploying it to CSOs globally.
Requirements
Strong interest in research, design, user experience.
Excellent written and spoken English. Any other language is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in using online tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic UX/UI design skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
UX Research: Work with our team to understand the needs on the ground in different vulnerable communities.
UX design: create, plan and implement digital solutions that address pain points for people in need.
UI design: create prototypes for digital solutions that respond to critical needs around the world.
Support and onboarding: work directly with beneficiaries in adopting the digital instruments we provide and contribute to increasing digital literacy across civil society
