Grants Officer
Summary
We are looking for a driven individual to map, identify and pursue grant opportunities at an European and global level for Commit Global.
Requirements
Identifying suitable sources of funding for the organisation
Development and submission of grant applications
Previous experience in project writing/grant applications for EU funding is an asset
Excellent English writing skills;
Accuracy and good analytical skills.
Is a very organized and proactive individual
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work under tight and occasionally shifting deadlines;
Compelling writer;

Work closely with the executive team
Identify and pursue grants and other funding opportunities
Writing and following up on grant applications
Participate in relevant events
Actively coordinate with the topical teams and the product team

Time: Full-time
Duration: Initially one-year to start, renewable towards permanence after first year

Location: Bucharest (open to remote work)
Reporting to: The executive team
Start date: As soon as possible
