Chief Fundraising Officer

Summary

We are looking for an experienced, driven individual to implement our Romanian fundraising strategy. 

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in either fundraising or sales  

• Previous experience in civil society is an asset

• Is a very organized, confident and proactive individual

• Strong fluency in English and Romanian 

• Ability to handle a fast-paced, context switching environment 

• Excellent attention to detail

• Excellent people skills;

• Strong interpersonal, networking, and diplomacy skills;

• Able to work under tight and occasionally shifting deadlines;

• Strong and compelling public speaker;
  

About the job

• Work closely with the CEO  

• Identify, build and maintain close relationships with relevant funders

• Design, build, support and develop a team 

• Participate in and actively contribute to events and high-level forums

• Actively coordinate with the communications department
