Vote Monitor won WSA award for Government and Civic Engagement
10 years ago, Vote Monitor transformed a pen-on-paper process, thousands of pages of reports, and days of centralization, into a digital system that allows for real-time communication, coordination, and reporting.
Used in 13 countries across Europe, Africa, and beyond, Vote Monitor helps NGOs coordinate observation missions more efficiently, spot irregularities faster, and produce credible, data-driven reports. The platform works even in low-connectivity areas and is offered free of charge to civil society, strengthening transparency, accountability, and trust in democratic processes.

Since 2016, Vote Monitor has been used in all elections in Romania by independent volunteers accredited and it supports observers and electoral experts in dozens of countries around the world - from Poland to Kenya and from Germany to Ecuador - showing once again that a better world is Made in Romania.
Our purpose to support independent observers and civil society organisations in safeguarding the integrity of elections is internationally appreciated. Vote Monitor replaces paper-based observation with a secure mobile app for accredited observers and a web dashboard for organisations, enabling real-time collection and analysis of data from polling stations.
