With three years of experience in anti-fraud operations, Miruna joined the civic tech community in 2022 out of a passion for designing processes and solutions that serve the good of the community. She continued her career as a UX Designer guided by the desire to solve social problems with technology wherever possible. Miruna's concern is constantly directed toward understanding the other - by knowing the end-user and their needs, technology can bring about deep and lasting change.
Miruna believes that by making use of civic technology we can more easily identify, achieve, and multiply the public good. From her position as Assistant Director of Product, she actively contributes to the deployment of the Infrastructure of Good globally.
