Teodora is a passionate and curious designer that has started her UX journey in 2021. While studying Communications and Public Relations at College of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences of ,,Babeș-Bolyai’’ University she encountered the concept of UX Design and was delighted by a career that offers her the opportunity to solve problems and help people. She has studied various subjects that made her have a better understanding of politics, administrative space, research methods and how to interact with people. All this knowledge helped her have a solid foundation for her civil tech career. Teodora has started her UX career by volunteering at Code4Romania at the beginning of 2022, having the best environment to learn and, at the same time, channel her fresh skills and energy in developing products that pursue social good through technology. She said that she would have never thought her work would have such an impact in the world. From August 2022, when she took a full-time position at Commit Global, a greater purpose has been set, a fact that motivates her to be better at her job every day.
