Oana Volosețchi is our Financial Officer. She is a seasoned business consultant and entrepreneur with 30 years of experience. With a strong financial background and relevant qualifications (MBA, financial auditor and tax consultant) she has approached the non-profit sector in 2022 after the beginning of the war in Ukraine.
She joined our NGO to implement internal controls and mechanisms that ensure efficient use of financial resources while maintaining our Organization's agility. Oana is a details-oriented person with a proactive and self-starter attitude, committed to continuous learning and using a structured approach to problem-solving.
