Working in online marketing and advertising for over 13 years as Senior Strategist and Head of Strategy, Dana contributed to growing the business, the teams and the awards portfolio of several CEE agencies and multinational clients. Since 2018 she is an independent consultant choosing to serve exclusively the nonprofit sector and only those entities who can show the measurable positive impact of their ambitious missions.
As a probono advisor of Code for Romania since 2017 she was involved in the creation of all its main programs and activities and now she is currently setting up the foundation of Commit Global as an international capacity to scale civic tech infrastructure. Her advanced studies in psychology, honest researcher abilities and a passion for travel keep Dana up to date as a strategist who can comfortably navigate social changes, cultural differences and real-time decision making.
